As a buyer in our rent to own programme you can move into your new home long before you qualify for a mortgage. You are then given a timeframe in which you can purchase the house. This timeframe is specifically tailored to suit your needs and can be anywhere between a few months and a number of years, depending on the house and your circumstances. During that time you become our tenant in the house and are accumulating weekly credits towards reducing the final purchase price.
